Dear Sir,
I want to bring to your notice about Mr Pyarelal Bhulan Jaiswar, a BSP contestant for BMC 2012 Elections, contesting from N ward.
Mr Pyarelal Bhulan Jaiswar was our Indira Nagar C.H.S society's Chairman for the last 8 years and has failed miserably in delivering the goods. He has not hold any annual/ general body meetings, no minutes of any meetings are on record and no update of financial audits have been provided to we residents in last 8 years. We finally had to come together and evict him from office which he was very reluctant to do on his own in spite of us giving several written complaints as it was a fulfilling his personal desires.
Due to overwhelming cooperation from society members and persistent delay in getting any response from him, we have finally formed a new societal working committee and now want to move ahead in uptaking pending developmental work in our society. But Mr Pyarelal has still not handed us over the financial reports and bank account authority papers and we are helpless due to his adamant nature and are hence short of funds. we have funds in our society bank account but he refuses to hand over!!
We would like to bring to the notice of the people who are voting for him about his care for responsibility and also his care for doing social service which we have seen in our society in last 8 years. I would like to ask the office bearers of BSP- Mumbai to talk to him and speak to him personally and instill some common sense and resolve our society matters before the date of elections.
We, live in the heart of Mumbai, but still feel as if we live in some interior parts of India, where one person hold the whole society of 160 families to sort of ransom.
We look forward for cooperation from all corners of the civil society in resolving our society issues in a peaceful and harmonius manner.
